When she was in her teens, she played on HBO's 'Sex and The City' and in the musical for teens Raise Your Voice'. She had starring roles in films like "Charlie Bartlett' in 'Nick and Noah's Infinite Playlist', 'Daydream Nation", 'To write Love in Her Arms' and 'Suburban Gothic', apart of supporting roles in films such as 'The 40-Year Old Virgin", 'Big Mama's House 2", 'The AnswerMan", 'Thor' its sequel , 'Thor: The Dark World'. In television, she played the lead role on the series Raising Dad and guest starred in a variety of other shows, including Without a Trace, ?Clubhouse ?, ?ER ?,"CSI: New York" and The Newsroom.
